Friendship and facilities

Peter and Patricia Sutton moved into Kooindah Waters in May 2006. Right away they started making friends with the other residents in the estate.

The golf course and resort facilities are high on the list of favoured features at the estate. "We have made so many friends, it’s not far to the beaches and Hunter Valley, and we are close to the F3 and Sydney." Said Patricia

"Because of community title we quickly made friends, and we can share the pool and tennis courts without the upkeep. It also means there is plenty of open space." Peter said.

"We chose Kooindah Waters for the good lifestyle it offers, and club facilities including the golf course. The open space and proximity to Sydney were also important features." He said.

"How best to describe Kooindah? Golf, friendship, space, lifestyle, oh and the wildlife! That describes it here." Said Patricia.
