Goodbye suburbia

Attracted by the natural beauty of the Central Coast, Sharyn and Barry L'Estrange purchased a small weekender at The Entrance several years ago. When the couple began spending more time at the weekender than the family home in Sydney's north-west, they decided to move permanently to the area.

With four adult sons Sharon and Barry didn't want to forgo a spacious home. The idea of a brand-new home with no maintenance was especially appealing.

On visiting Kooindah Waters they knew immediately it was for them, and purchased a five-bedroom, two-storey home with expansive views of the 15th fairway.

Barry plans on using one of the upstairs bedrooms as his home office.

"It will be pretty tempting (to go play golf) with my desk facing straight down the fairway, but what a great way to work." He said.

The L'Estranges were impressed with the range of home designs available at Kooindah Waters, the quality construction and high quality of materials and inclusions.

"Kooindah Waters offered everything we wanted in a superb location. We'll be commuting to Sydney several times each week and the journey is so quick. It's hard to believe. We're living in a peaceful resort near the coast, and I can be at the office in an hour." He said.

"And it's just great value for money." Said Barry.
